Canada Shipping
It
is recommended not to order more than 700 grams of hookah tobacco to
Canada, it is better to ship in small increments. This is to protect
all our customers that reside in Canada. Please always email us before
you place any orders for Canada. Please check with the customs of your
country regarding any fees or laws associated with receiving imports.
Customer is responsible for the fees outside the United States.
Refusing the order for not paying the import fees will not result in a

Due
to the delicate nature of credit cards and international orders, we
must take take special precautions to ensure the identity of the
cardholder. This is for the safety of all of our customers.
International
customers are held accountable for all duties, taxes, and fees that
their countries of residence charge for placed orders. Please allow 2-3
days to process international orders.
Shipping
time usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive but may take longer due to
processing at Customs in your country. Tracking information will be
provided to you once your order ships out of our warehouse and you can
track you package. Due to inspection/customs/postal carriers in a few foreign countries, we are not responsible for stolen/missing/opened products along the way. Unclaimed products that are in the customs' possession will not be refunded.
